What data we process and why

Data you provide in the contact form or by e-mail (name, phone number, e-mail address, the content of your enquiry and attached files) is processed only to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep it for the duration of the correspondence and, if a contract is concluded, for the period required by law.

Cookies and statistics

The website may use Google tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads) to measure traffic and advertising performance — only after you give consent in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The provider is Google Ireland Ltd.; data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, Poland). For data protection matters, write to mlagodzinski@ekoelprom.pl.

Recruitment

We process data from CVs sent by e-mail or via Pracuj.pl to carry out the recruitment process (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 22¹ of the Polish Labour Code; data provided voluntarily — on the basis of consent) until it ends. We use them for future recruitment only with the candidate's separate consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

Recipients

Data may be entrusted to our hosting and e-mail providers, and — for statistics and advertising, after consent — Google Ireland Ltd. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
