Scope and solutions
“Ludwikow Housing Estate and Associated Infrastructure” — infrastructure for the new Ludwików housing estate in Bełchatów (approx. 110 ha, between Lipowa, Wyszyńskiego and Ludwikowska streets), as a subcontractor to the Irish firm TOBIN Consulting Engineers (11.2009–08.2010). Scope: 3,325 m of MV network for PGE, reconstruction of 2,100 m of MV and 300 m of LV overhead lines, 11,797 m of LV network (288 service connections), 4 transformer substations, 9,911 m of street lighting for the municipality, 8,613 m of telecommunications network; bills of quantities, cost estimates and contract documents. TOBIN reference (01.2011): “competent and professional manner”.
