Scope and solutions
Mieszkaj w Mieście, a multi-phase housing development on Wizjonerów Street in Kraków (client: Henniger Investment S.A.), designed by Medusa Group — winner of the European Property Awards 2018–2019 and 2020–2021 (Residential Development, Architecture Multiple Residence). Phases II, F/G, H and K total approx. 60,000 m² of usable floor area, delivered 2019–2022. Eko Elprom: power supply to the estate from the distribution system operator's network, transformer substations and LV networks, site lighting, electrical installations of the multi-family residential buildings (apartments, common areas, underground car parks), lightning protection, ELV systems (door entry, TV/SAT, LAN, CCTV, fire alarm system (FAS) in car parks), and telecommunications service connections and cable duct system.

Ludwików housing estate (PGE), 110 ha: 4 km of MV, substations, 14 km of LV with 550 service connections, 10 km of lighting, 10 km of telecom cable ducts.
444 apartments in buildings A–D on Szenwalda Street, approx. 48,000 m² — electrical, ELV systems and utility metering.
Several dozen Archicom buildings in Wrocław (2010–2021): building permit and detailed designs of telecommunications networks and ELV systems.
