Scope and solutions
MoonOffice — a commercial and office building on ul. Bułhaka in Kraków (Zabłocie); client CK Management, architecture by ION Architekci (concept design, building permit design, detailed design, designer’s site supervision), structural engineering by WLC Inżynierowie; completed 2018, LEED Platinum certified. Six storeys (19.75 m) with an underground car park, rhomboid footprint of 55×25 m, usable floor area (PUU) 5,125 m², 86 parking spaces. EkoElprom — electrical and ELV design: MV service connection and transformer substation, power distribution and uninterruptible power supply for tenants, LED lighting with presence detectors, lightning protection, FAS, VAS, access control, CCTV, structured cabling, and provision for BMS.

Reconstruction and extension of the UKNF office building (5,606 m²): 300 kVA UPS, 600 kVA generator set, 1000 kVA substation, server room (for Krib Sp. z o.o.).
