Scope and solutions
Bulwary Praskie — a complex of six residential buildings with commercial units at 75 Jagiellońska Street in Warsaw (Praga-Północ), on the Vistula next to a Natura 2000 site; client Mennica S.A., architecture by ION Architekci (concept design, building permit design, detailed design, site supervision); design 2020, construction 2021–2022 — the first phase of an approx. 24 ha development. Buildings of 5–8 storeys with full basements: 390 apartments, 14 commercial units, residential floor area (PUM) 23,844 m² + usable floor area (PUU) 801 m², car parks with 477 spaces and 40 surface spaces. Eko Elprom — electrical and ELV disciplines: power supply to the complex (service connections, transformer substation, LV networks), power distribution, installations for apartments, commercial units and car parks, site and boulevard lighting, lightning protection, car park ventilation and smoke control, ELV systems (IP door entry, LAN/TV, CCTV, fire alarm system (FAS) in car parks).
