Scope and solutions
City One office building (City Forum complex, Wrocław, ul. Traugutta) — 12,000 m² of usable floor area, LEED certified (2018). EkoElprom produced the building permit and detailed design of ELV systems: FAS, smoke control, I&HAS and access control, CCTV, CO/LPG detection in the car park, structured cabling, and an assistance call system — as well as BMS automation: integration of air handling units and VRF, switchboard monitoring, DALI lighting control, integration of the fire alarm system and fire dampers, and remote meter reading. Reference letter from Archicom Studio Projekt (07.2018).
