Scope and solutions
Hampton Residence Wilanów — a complex of detached single- and two-unit family houses in Warsaw's Wilanów district, designed as modern residences for families of 4–8; client Green House Development, design 2019, construction 2019–2020. Architecture by ION Architekci; WLC Inżynierowie — energy-efficient heating and ventilation systems, water and sewerage, and external plumbing infrastructure. Eko Elprom — building permit and detailed design of the electrical and ELV disciplines: power supply to the complex from the distribution system operator's network and service terminals for individual residences, electrical installations of the houses (power, lighting, lighting and blind control, EV charging), garden and internal road lighting, lightning protection, structured cabling, video door entry, intruder and hold-up alarm system (I&HAS) and CCTV, telecommunications service connections.
