Scope and solutions
Multi-family residential building with ground-floor commercial units between Wielicka and Jerozolimska streets in Kraków (Podgórze); client Cordia (Projekt Kraków 2), architecture by ION Architekci (concept design, building permit design, detailed design, site supervision); design 2020–2021, completed 2022. Two segments above a shared single-level underground car park, four commercial units (including one food and beverage unit), residential floor area (PUM) 7,850 m², usable floor area (PUU) 775 m²; a hardstanding on site for a generator set. Eko Elprom — electrical and ELV disciplines: power supply to the building and units, standby generator set, power distribution, installations for apartments and the car park, site lighting, lightning protection, door entry, LAN/TV, CCTV, fire alarm system (FAS) in the car park.
