Scope and solutions
Nowa 5 Dzielnica — a complex of multi-family residential buildings with commercial units on Wrocławska Street in Kraków (client Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii), architecture by ION Architekci (concept design, building permit design, detailed design, site supervision); completed 2019. Six buildings of 6–8 storeys: 736 apartments and 10 commercial units, residential floor area (PUM) 31,730 m² + 1,994 m², underground car parks with smoke control, 50 surface parking spaces; a transformer substation building on site. Eko Elprom — electrical and ELV disciplines: MV service connection and transformer substation, LV networks and internal road lighting, power distribution, installations for apartments and common areas, power supply to car park ventilation and smoke control, lightning protection, building ELV systems (door entry, LAN/TV, CCTV, fire alarm system (FAS) in car parks).
