Scope and solutions
Pianissimo — a residential and commercial building at 4 Stachowskiego Street in Kraków, on a former industrial site beside the Vistula embankment; client Green House Development, architecture by ION Architekci (concept design, building permit design, detailed design, site supervision); completed 2018. Eight above-ground storeys (26 m) and an underground car park with 70 spaces, 181 apartments served by seven stair cores with lifts, 11 ground-floor commercial units, residential floor area (PUM) 9,365 m². Eko Elprom — electrical and ELV disciplines: power supply from the distribution system operator's network, switchboards, installations for apartments, commercial units and common areas, power supply to lifts and car park ventilation, emergency lighting, lightning protection, door entry, LAN/TV, CCTV.
