Scope and solutions
Conversion of ground-floor premises and the underground car park of the Quatro Business Park office and service building (Kraków, al. Bora-Komorowskiego 25C) into a Samsung Electronics computer server room — 384.5 m² of server space and 64.7 m² of technical rooms, with a canopy and supporting structure for air-conditioning units. Multidisciplinary building permit design (with building permit obtained) and detailed design (architecture, structural engineering, plumbing & HVAC, electrical, FAS, VAS, fixed fire suppression, telecommunications, ventilation and air conditioning), plus designer's site supervision. Reference from Kuban Consulting Sp. z o.o. (contract engineer, 07.2017).
