Scope and solutions
Solna 1 — a residential and commercial building in the street frontage of Solna and Piwna streets on Plac Bohaterów Getta (Ghetto Heroes Square) in Kraków (Podgórze); client Buma Development, detailed design and site supervision by ION Architekci (building permit design author: Filip Adamczak); completed 2016. L-shaped building (approx. 53×31 m) with a full basement and a car park extending beyond the building footprint, residential floor area (PUM) 3,000 m², usable floor area (PUU) 700 m². Eko Elprom — electrical and ELV disciplines: power supply, switchboards, installations for apartments, commercial units and the car park, emergency lighting, lightning protection, door entry, LAN/TV, CCTV.
