Scope and solutions

Supernova housing estate at 15 Lema Street in Kraków (next to Tauron Arena) — client Cordia, architecture by ION Architekci (concept design, building permit design, detailed design, site supervision); completed 2019. Four three-storey buildings with full basements on a 1.17 ha plot: 191 apartments (26–97 m²), residential floor area (PUM) 8,700 m², three underground car parks, 48 surface parking spaces. Eko Elprom — electrical and ELV disciplines: power supply to the complex from the distribution system operator's network, switchboards, power and lighting installations for apartments and common areas, lightning protection, mechanical ventilation of car parks (power supply and control), lighting of the access road, footpaths, playground and recreation area, ELV systems (door entry, telephone, internet).
