Scope and solutions
The project covered internal electrical installations and ELV systems for the luxury Unicus Palace hotel. The design included power supply for lighting, technical equipment and HVAC systems, as well as electrical installations in guest rooms, common areas and back-of-house facilities, providing safe and energy-efficient solutions. The ELV systems comprised telecommunications, CCTV, alarm systems, access control and building management systems (BMS), ensuring comfort, safety and state-of-the-art functionality. The project met all standards applicable to hotel buildings, ensuring reliability and convenience for guests and staff.
