Scope and solutions
Wrocławska CABA — a multi-family residential building on Wrocławska Street in Kraków; client Caba Development, architecture by ION Architekci (concept design, building permit design, detailed design, site supervision); completed 2020. Ten storeys, 128 apartments and a commercial unit, residential floor area (PUM) 5,210 m²; 96 parking spaces, including 66 on parking platforms in the underground car park. Eko Elprom — electrical and ELV disciplines: power supply from the distribution system operator's network, power distribution, power supply to parking platforms and lifts, installations for apartments and common areas, emergency lighting, lightning protection, door entry, LAN/TV, CCTV.
